       Life has its share of problems , frustrations ,pains , and sorrows . It also has,how-ever ,an endless supply of beauty ,joy,light,laughter,and lover. It is up to us choose what we want  out of it.Life is a wonderfull,goorious gift given to us by God . Each new day we receiveit again .Whether it comes in the form of a bright sunny day or a sonwy day,it is ours. Let us enjoy to the fullest the gift our life and all its days.Let us give thanks for all the joy love,and life we have given.

       生命中难免会有问题与挫折，悲伤与痛苦，但生命中也有取之不尽的美好与欢乐，光明与笑声，以及爱。我们取得什么取决于我们的选择。生命是上帝赋予我们的一件十分美好的礼物。每一天都是一份新的礼物。无论是阳光明媚或是风雪交加，它都是我们的。让我们尽情地享受生命的美好，充实的度过每一天。让我们为生命的本身也为生命中的欢乐与爱而感恩。

     人生总是充满高低起伏，崎岖坎坷。而你的人生由你自己走完没有任何人可以取代你的位子。要么低下头来度过阴郁的一生，要么抬起头来享受快乐时刻！紧紧抓住生命中那学闪光的时刻吧！这是生活给我们的启示，这是生活给我们的礼物！
